Women’s Wear Daily: Royal Poinciana Plaza Pumps Up Its Mix
Oscar de la Renta, Goop and Kiton are among a wave of tenants moving into the Royal Poinciana Plaza in Palm Beach, Fla.
Zimmermann, Renny & Reed and LoveShackFancy have also moved into the landmarked, 62-year-old, 180,000-square-foot open-air space.
Though 100 percent leased, The Royal Poinciana made room for new tenants by relocating some businesses already on site, including Sotheby’s International Realty, Douglas Elliman Real Estate and MD Beauty Labs by Dr. Dadurian, as well as by redesigning some space on the property and through the departure of one store called Collective.
“When we first laid out our vision for the Royal, we had high hopes for the stores that would join us, but this new group combined with our beloved existing tenants surpasses even my own expectations,” said Samantha David, head of Up Markets and chief operating officer of WS Development, owner of The Royal Poinciana Plaza.
