Palm Beach Daily News: Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope kicks off the season in style
Fashion and cocktails took over Sant Ambroeus for the committee kickoff luncheon of Cancer Alliance of Help & Hope’s 2020 Shop the Day Away event. The luncheon took place Nov. 21 at Sant Ambroeus and hosted more than 80 guests who are making the Feb. 26 event a possibility.
Chairs Abby Beebe, Jeff Fowler and Amie Swan welcomed people as they arrived. During the luncheon, Katherine Lande, co-founder of Launch Pad, emceed a fashion presentation featuring looks from her store, Kirna Zabete, Jewelmer, Olivia Preckel and OTG l 247.
Money raised for the organization supports its mission of assisting the local children, adults and families affected by cancer, and the bills they acquire during the treatment and recovery process.
