CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Tri-Flow – Squeeze Pilates Palm Beach
Combining dance, yoga & Pilates, Tri Flow is a unique class integrating rhythmic movements, dynamic postures, active stretches and deep core conditioning. Each form is taught in fluid sequences and woven together with upbeat music and fun choreography taught by Karen Lee. A total body/brain workout that’s easy to follow but hard to forget, it’s an hour of realigning for all levels!
Vinyasa Flow Yoga – Squeeze Pilates Palm Beach
Powerful and energetic form of yoga, where participants fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This is a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance, and cardio in one session … the perfect blend of sweat and serenity!
Legs By Liv – Liv Fitness
A mixture of toning and sculpting exercises, bootcamp-style exercises (lunges, squats, plyometrics, etc.), and ab work for men and women alike taught by Olivia Figueroa.
Belles Total Body Sculpt – Belles Total Body
HIIT *High Intensity Interval Training* is the name of the game with Belles Total Body Sculpt class. You will HIT every muscle in your body from the top of your head to the tips of your toes with different strength training circuits. One moment you will be breaking it down getting your heart rate pumping to JLO or Mr. 305 with an athletic based dance cardio, then the next you are pushing your body to its limits with strength training that you will find in any Olympic champion’s repertoire. Each exercise integrates graceful dance movement with the added benefit of athletic strength training so that we can “Train Like An Athlete, to Look Like a Dancer”.
