The Role
We are looking for a warm, energetic and proactive Sales Associate who loves people, fashion andstorytelling, and naturally embodies the spirit of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome every customer with warmth and make them feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and build genuine relationships.
• Meet individual and store sales targets while always putting the customer experience first.
• Deliver thoughtful after-sales care, including personalised thank-you messages.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Process sales, exchanges and daily store operations accurately.
• Monitor, prepare and fulfil e-commerce orders promptly.
• Support stock deliveries, inventory management and back-of-house organisation.
• Assist with store events, activations and special projects.

We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has previous retail experience (luxury or premium fashion is a plus).
• Is naturally friendly, approachable and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Loves fashion and genuinely represents the Mira Mikati lifestyle and values.
• Is organised, reliable and able to multitask.
• Enjoys working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
• Has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Understands that selling is about creating trust, helping clients style themselves and making
people feel good, never applying pressure.
