Position Overview 

This is a part-time on-site role as a sales associate at the Royal Poinciana Plaza boutique. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining the store’s overall appearance. This position is ideal for someone passionate about retail, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to achieving sales goals.

They will also participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and some store operations. The ideal candidate should possess a friendly, energetic, confident personality, and a strong work ethic – must value working in a team oriented and fast-paced environment. Qualified candidates should be driven and sales goal-oriented, and most importantly they should value the importance of building and maintaining client relationships. Lastly, interested candidates should have a strong sense of style and ample knowledge of the brand.

Key Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications 

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
