In pop artist Donald Robertson’s world, sayings around the holidays include “Merry Kissmas” and “Happy HanukHug.”
These brightly colored themes, along with plenty of his signature painted lips, will be present at the Royal Poinciana Plaza’s Holiday Reveal, happening at 6 p.m. Friday.
Also known as “Drawbertson,” Robertson is putting his spin on the plaza’s signature 30-foot Christmas tree made out of 52 surfboards, which will be wrapped in a rainbow of painted lips. The tree will complement a surfboard menorah with the same theme. Several of Robertson’s creations will also be on display throughout the plaza.
