TRACY ANDERSON METHOD (January 21 – February 21)
She is our boss lady’s go-to trainer (no really, GP’s a five-times-a-week devotee), and once we got a taste of Tracy Anderson’s butt-kicking, dance-fueled classes, we were all hooked. And now you can sweat with a TA-trained instructor at goop MRKT Palm Beach all month long.

  • Tracy Anderson Method: FundamenTAL ($45)

THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY, 8a.m. and 11a.m.

Just as you wouldn’t make a beeline for, say, the twenty-pound weights on your first go, you wouldn’t do a Tracy Anderson MultiTAsk class without learning the FundamenTAls first. Geared at helping you build up strength and master weight-shifting movements, this total-body targeting, mat-based class is great for anyone wanting to get to know the TA method. The class is lightly heated—get ready to sweat.

THURSDAY THROUGH MONDAY, 9a.m.

Sculpt, strengthen, sweat, repeat. Feel like you’ve nailed the form? This gently heated, beat-bumping MultiTAsk class is aimed at achieving results in under one hour. Half FundamenTAls mat work, half heart-rate-boosting choreography. It’s a low-impact fifty-minute workout that embraces the best of TA’s world.
